Risk Analysis and Management that HIPAA law requires you to do. Use and
disclosure of PHI will be discussed, including the requirements of the
Notice of Privacy Practices and related requirements. Lastly, we will go

Frequently Asked Questions
I am excited to offer this course to you that uses my over a decade of experience as a HIPAA Officer, Compliance and Risk Manager, and Adjunct Faculty at AOM and traditional Universities. I've taught HIPAA to acupuncture and other wellness graduate students since 2012, and love being able to help make difficult (and let's face it, boring) topics more understandable and practical. This course is the most comprehensive one I've ever taught, and it covers all of the main laws, rules, and regulations that you will need to know as an acupuncturist or other healthcare professional. I hope you find it useful, and I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you inside the course!
All the best,
